Thermoformed Fussbett

Our thermoformed Fussbett are produced with a compound we have patented, called Way Light, which uses principles of memory and latex. This material is embedded in oxygenated fibres to ensure greater breathability. In addition, the material is perfumed; its scent becomes even more intense when it comes into contact with sweat, as it begins to absorb and perspire it. The name Way Light, meaning 'way light', derives from the technical characteristics of the material, which weighs 70% less than a normal Fussbett. In addition, the material is partially recycled, but can be made from 100% recycled material at the customer's request.

Way Light is anti-allergic, insulating when the foot heats up and offers ultra-comfortable comfort thanks to its elastic yet resilient memories over time.

In addition to thermoformed Fussbett, we also offer Way Light material in rolls or sheets of different thicknesses and with the possibility of lamination with other materials. This flexibility allows the material to be used in various contexts. For example, it can be laminated to one of our fabrics to create a strobel mounting insole, offering processing flexibility and comfort for high-end shoes. Alternatively, it can be used to make cleaning insoles.
